The carefully curated, vendor-free roundtables have been designed to facilitate networking and valuable knowledge sharing in small groups of up to six delegates per table. The groups will be facilitated by highly experienced senior reward, benefits and wellbeing professionals and attendees will be pre-matched with other reward and benefits directors to ensure maximum value from the discussions.   • Roundtable 8: Mental health: What’s working and what’s next. Including ISO 45003, mental fitness and integrating L&D to create a culture of confidence, support resilience and prevent burnout 
  • Roundtable 9: Cost of living crisis and financial wellbeing: explore the impacts of pay inflation, offsetting increases with benefits and the importance of financial wellbeing support to improve everyday wellbeing
