Culture shift: prioritising wellbeing for future business success

What employers do now will define their employer brand and reputation for years to come...

Employee wellbeing has accelerated to the top of the CEO agenda as employers recognise this is now a critical business priority fundamentally linked to long-term resilience and future success. Reward and benefits directors are rethinking long-term employee wellbeing strategies to benefit employees and enrich business practice, both as a result of Covid-19 and other wider shifts in the workplace.

It remains as important as ever to continue developing a positive company culture that wholly supports both individual and organisational wellbeing. What employers do at this time will define their employer brand and reputation for years to come.

The Employee Wellbeing Congress on 30 September 2021 welcomed almost 300 senior reward, benefits and wellbeing professionals to spend a day learning, networking and getting up-to-date with the latest offerings in the market. They came together with an infectious enthusiasm for driving their corporate wellbeing strategies forward. It was a wonderful day and we can't wait to announce our plans for 2022 very soon.
