1. Is the event for me?

The Employee Wellbeing Congress is exclusively for HR, benefits, reward and wellbeing practitioners with strategic and purchasing responsibility in organisations of 250+ UK-based staff, including REBA Members (employers). 

2. Is the event in-person?

Yes, that's right. We're looking forward to bringing the REBA community together in person at the prestigious venue 133 Houndsditch in London (as per 2021)

3. What are the nearest transport links to the venue?

There are a number of good transport links to the venue. The nearest tube stations are Aldgate, Aldgate East, Bank & Liverpool Street. The nearest mainline railway stations are Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street. The address and postcode for finding the venue on a map is 133 Houndsditch, Liverpool Street, London, EC3A 7AH. 4. Is the event complimentary to attend?

Yes, if you are a HR, benefits, reward and wellbeing practitioner with strategic and purchasing responsibility in an organisation of 250+ UK-based staff, then we can't wait to welcome you! To secure your complimentary place you will need to enter a six-digit code on Step Three of the registration form. This should have been emailed to you, but if not please email us at events@reba.global

5. Is there a virtual event programme?

Not this time. There will be some bonus digital content available exclusively for those who attend, but there is not an option to attend the Employee Wellbeing Congress 2022 virtually. 

6. How do I pick my preferred conference sessions?

Delegates will select their preferred pick and mix sessions on the digital event app in advance of attending the event. Download the app from the app store on your mobile device. Simply search for “Employee Wellbeing Congress”.

Select all sessions you want to attend: There are 6 times during the day (10:30, 11:00, 12:00, 12.30, 14:15 and 14:45) when there are multiple sessions to choose from. You can choose only one option at each of these times. Plenaries are available to all attendees, but book your spot to ensure it shows in your Itinerary page and you know what's up next.

There is limited availability in some rooms due to their size, so please make your selections in good time to avoid disappointment.

7. Where can I find my delegate badge?

Your E-Badge will appear in your event app (or in your confirmation email). Open it up and scan it at one of the registration machines and your badge will be printed at the venue for you.

8. What is the event dress code?

It's been so long since we've attended business events, that we're not sure what to wear! Please join us in smart casual wear so that you're comfortable for the day. Formal business wear is not required, although feel free to dress up for the occasion if that's what you'd prefer.

9. How do I login to the event app?

Login with your surname and your 5-digit registration code from your email confirmation.

10. Where do I find the Employee Wellbeing Congress agenda?

Download the digital event app from your app store. Search for REBA Employee Wellbeing Congress. The complete programme is under Agenda on the home tab and there you need to select your preferred sessions to build your My Itinerary. This will help you get the most of your experience at the Congress this year.

11. What time does the event start?

The event doors will open to delegates from 08:30. We are inviting delegates to arrive in good time to enjoy a networking breakfast and opportunity to meet some of the exhibitors. The conference opening session begins promptly at 09:30.
