Kimberley Wilson is a Chartered Psychologist, with a master's degree in nutrition and the author of How to Build a Healthy Brain (2020) and Unprocessed: How the Food We Eat is Fuelling our Mental Health Crisis (2023). Kimberley's philosophy of Whole Body Mental Health is a comprehensive approach to mental health care; integrating evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle factors with psychological therapy with an emphasis on the brain and nutrition.
Kimberley has written for BBC Science Focus and Psychologies Magazine, hosted the podcast 'Made of Stronger Stuff' and the scientific segment of One Dish both on BBC Radio 4, appeared regularly on Lorraine ITV and been the featured mental health expert on several Channel 4 series and documentaries.
Television presenter, radio personality and journalist,
BAFTA award-winning TV and radio host, Claudia Winkleman, is one of the best-known broadcasters in the UK.
Known for her signature fringe and engaging on-screen presence, Claudia has hosted some of the biggest shows on television. She has been the co-host of the iconic Strictly Come Dancing since 2012, is Radio 2’s Saturday morning host, and has presented celebrated shows such as One Question and The Piano on Channel 4 and BAFTA-award winning The Traitors for the BBC. In 2023, Claudia won her first ever BAFTA, taking home the ‘Entertainment Performance’ award for her work hosting The Traitors.
Claudia is a trustee of Comic Relief and has fronted live television shows for Red Nose Day, Let’s Dance for Comic Relief, Sport Relief, and the Comic Relief Danceathon.
In 2022, Claudia’s debut book Quite was published to critical acclaim, earning her status as a Sunday Times Bestseller.
