With over 20 years of experience in multinational organisations, Alison has worked in a range of HR positions from HR Consulting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Compensation & Benefits and Global Benefits. In her current role as Head of International Benefits at Wells Fargo, Alison leads the international benefits strategy, deployment, governance of programs and services and benefits delivery. Alison led the global effort to establish a digital benefits platform with benefits administration services and help desk support, which now covers 99% of Wells Fargo’s 20,000 employee population across 15 countries, offering them not only easier access to their benefit programs but also greater choice and flexibility. In the past couple of years Alison has been orientating the focus towards total well-being, establishing global strategic objectives that are common across the company whilst developing country program catalogue and services to ensure that Wells Fargo’s team members can get the support and access to the resources that fit their needs and enable them to invest in their well-being.
