Amanda is a Global Rewards Professional with broad experience in compensation and benefits, be it in the pharmaceutical industry (Bio-Rad Laboratories or more recently Insulet), high-tech (Adobe Systems, Zebra Technology or Unisys) or retail (Black & Deck), covering the UK and European countries. 

Through my diverse work experience, I am  used to engage with key stakeholders and to manage cross-organizational projects, including detailed data analysis and job evaluation, salary benchmarking and leading pay reviews, together with benefits administration and vendor management.
