Claire has worked in HR for over 20 years, spending time in both the public and private sector, including stints in property, policy and practice at University College London and within the drinks industry, with the last 10 years in the legal profession.

Claire is currently the Head of Reward & Benefits for Europe, Middle East & Asia at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP, formerly Berwin Leighton Paisner). As a qualified Mental Health First Aider, she has a passion for mental health, improving access to mental health services and employee engagement.  In 2016, she was instrumental in winning the HR in Law Best Wellbeing Strategy with her former firm Reed Smith.

Claire launched one of the earliest Self Invested Personal Pension propositions in the legal sector in 2012 and has introduced flexible benefit programmes at both Reed Smith and BCLP. She is excited to be here in person at a REBA event and to connect with existing and new colleagues.
