Diane has 19 years’ experience as a Human Resource professional across the private and public sectors. Diane’s passion for people has seen her develop her career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Dunlop Slazenger, Williams Lea and the Department of Health.
Diane is currently Head of Wellbeing at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). She is the driving force behind DWP’s Wellbeing Strategy and Programme (‘Working Well Together’) and has responsibility for the Department’s Wellbeing Contracts, including Occupational Health and EAP for 83,000 employees.
Diane’s passion and energy for wellbeing is infectious and is enabling her to lead DWP on its journey to becoming a leading employer of workplace wellbeing in the UK.
Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors – running, cycling and long-walks in the country-side with her daughter, Charlotte and dog, Jasper.
