Wellbeing & Inclusion Manager, British Airways
Gemma started her career as a solicitor specialising in employment law. In 2018 she decided to put her passion for creating positive, inclusive workplaces into practice and joined British Airways as Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager. In this role, Gemma has worked closely with British Airways Health Services, senior leaders across the business and a network of wellbeing and inclusion champions to strengthen good wellbeing and inclusion practices for British Airways’ 40,000 colleagues. British Airways has signed the Time to Change Pledge on mental and is a committed signatory to the Women in Aviation Charter, the Race at Work Charter and the Valuable 500 pledge on disability.  Gemma is particularly proud to have launched British Airways’ first formal female mentoring programme and introduced the UNMIND digital mental health platform for all collegaues.
