Benefits/Wellbeing Consultant, Former Credit Suisse
Until recently, Laura Jackson was the Global Head of Wellbeing and Benefit Strategy at Credit Suisse where she worked for nearly 20 years. In addition, she has management oversight of the EMEA Benefit, Pension and Payroll functions. In her latest role she was responsible for developing a global strategy to ensure a consistent approach and messaging around wellbeing and benefits, while recognising regional and local country differences. She worked on developing Credit Suisse’s wellbeing propositions with a focus on how to respond to the growing needs of employees from a physical, mental and financial perspective. Prior to this role, she held a variety of different responsibilities in HR, including Project lead on a major global HR Transformation project.
