Natalie has worked in a variety of roles in the financial services sector over the last two decades. She is qualified with her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning which gives her a broad understanding of the financial needs of today’s consumers, from purchasing your first home to saving for retirement and living your best years in later life.
Her current role at Legal & General as Programme Director sees her lead the care strategy within their Fintech division. This is precisely the kind of challenge that she thrives in as she has a passion for business which has a moral and social purpose.
Natalie takes on a number of additional roles within the Legal & General group. She is an active member of their Family and Carers Network Committee which supports employees with caring responsibilities. She is also a valued member of the Wellbeing Advisory Board, a group of industry experts and practitioners that work together to create and share knowledge that empower businesses of all sizes to drive a clear, measurable and impactful wellbeing agenda.
In her spare time Natalie sits on the board as a trustee of a charity proving respite care for carers, she also runs their fundraising subcommittee and has recently put together the company’s employee benefits package. Her work over the last year has given her insight into how UK businesses are responding to the needs of working carers so she’s delighted to be speaking at the REBA conference this year.
