I joined Britvic earlier this year as Head of Reward and am really enjoying learning about a listed and purposeful FMCG.  The hybrid working offered has enabled me to switch and continue the balance of home and family life.  Prior to this I had a varied HR career at Amey and Nottingham University.  I have worked in various roles in HR with a main focus on data, analytics, HR Projects and more latterly Reward and benefits.  Aligning compensation to the business agenda and working in complex business’ with over 16,000 employees.
