Now it's time to take advantage of the digital promotional opportunities on this website, which is the "shop window" for the virtual event.

There is a checklist on your Sponsor Zone page for you to work through, to submit your content and take advantage of as much of the free promotion as you can. Please supply everything by 24 July 2020 at the latest:

  • Your company profile with a concise description about why your products and services are relevant for the post-pandemic recovery: including your answer (in 3 concise bullet points) to the following question - "Why should delegates visit our stand today?"
  • Your topical wellbeing articles: upload relevant articles that will enhance your profile and give delegates a better picture about your products and services. Upload as many as you wish! 
  • Your videos: add relevant video links from YouTube or other video platforms here – as many as you choose – and we will approve them before they go live.
  • Your competitions or special offers: The purpose of this is to encourage delegates to visit you at your booth. What high value giveaways such as research, special offers, charitable donations, competitions and prizes are you going to share during the virtual event?

As we approaching the event on 9 - 30 September, please find below some marketing collateral that we’re using to promote the event. Feel free to use it yourselves on social media feeds and other appropriate platforms such as your email newsletters. If you'd like any alternative formats from those found below, please let us know.

As a sponsor you are welcome to promote your presence at the virtual Employee Wellbeing Congress. To qualify delegates must be practitioners responsible for in-house wellbeing initiatives & strategies for their workforce in organisations larger than 250 employees. For clarity please do not invite:-

  • Intermediaries
  • Consultants
  • Vendors
  • SMEs below 250 staff in UK
  • People outside of the HR/reward and benefits or wellbeing functions

We'll be promoting the event over the next weeks on social media with the hashtag #REBAwellbeing @Reba_Global and on our LinkedIn feed too. We will ensure to @mention any Twitter handles we usually use for you. If you have any new details, please let us know.
