You will have your own online profile. Your Profile will feature the following and is yours to edit and update as you choose via the Sponsor Zone.
- Your company name
- Your company logo
- Your company contact details including Twitter & LinkedIn social media handles
- Your company description: you can include as many words as you like within this section – it can be short and sweet or it can be longer. You choose! (For your Printed Delegate Book Entry this can only be 150 words but the Online Profile can be as long as you wish)

It's time to attract delegates to come and see you at the event - add value to their experience by sharing your insights into the world of employee wellbeing. Let them know what's going to be demo'ed, discussed or launched at the Congress, share market research for them to benchmark against, whet their appetite and help them learn more about this all important topic.
- Your articles: upload relevant articles or blogs etc that will enhance your profile and give delegates a better picture of your offerings. You can upload as many as you wish. We will be sent a notification in order to approve this content. Once it’s approved, it’ll be live on your profile.
- Your videos: add relevant video links from YouTube or other video platforms here – as many as you choose – and we will approve them before they go live.

As well as completing your online profile, you will also be prompted to complete your Printed Delegate Book Entry details. The deadline for the printed book is 24 May 2019. You will be prompted to do this, and edit your profile, when you log into the Sponsor Zone.
